Dr. Li Qiaofeng, graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, majoring in chemical engineering and technology, biochemical engineering direction. She has published several articles and patents, participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation projects, and has rich experience in enzyme engineering, molecular biology and synthetic biology. She is particularly expert at enzyme modification, recombinant protein expression and purification, efficient synthesis of high value-added natural compounds by microorganisms and enzymatic catalysis and their process optimization and product purification.
In November of the same year, Dr. Li joined our company as a postdoctoral fellow to promote the research and development of new products and the accumulation of achievements, designed and established the enzyme engineering laboratory. She is responsible for and coordinate the enzyme catalytic process development and product preparation of the anti-aging substance and high-activity natural product derivatives by enzymatic methods, so as to realize their safe and efficient productions and industrial applications.
Dr. Zhang Yuying, graduated from China Agricultural University, majoring in biochemistry and molecular biology. During the Ph.D study period, she involved in the project “Beijing high-tech innovation centre open food nutrition and human health fund ” : n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and adipose stem cells growth and metabolic disease control; the General Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China“ISLR is involved in the mechanism of insulin resistance in obese mice”, applied for a patent “Application of ISLR gene in preparing drugs for the treatment of obesity and the improvement of insulin resistance”.
She mastered the skills as follows:
DNA: PCR, vector construction, Southern blot, luciferase experiment, CRISPR-Cas9 technology, gene gun technology.
RNA: RT-qPCR, in situ hybridization.
Proteins: Western blot, ELISA, Co-IP, yeast two-hybrid, MS.
Cell level: cell culture, cell transfection, fluorescence localization, flow cytometry, Seahouse metabolism detection.
Tissue level: paraffin section preparation, frozen section preparation, H&E staining, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence.
Animal level: rat/mouse feeding anatomy, anesthesia, cardiac perfusion, intravenous injection, intraperitoneal injection, perfusion, eyeball blood collection.
